What size am I?

Shipping: What shipping method/carrier will you use? Is there tracking info?

For both domestic and international orders, we'll be shipping your package out of our warehouse in Los Angeles via USPS. These packages will have tracking information that will work within the US. You’ll get your tracking number emailed to you when we ship out your order.

Are all the clothes in the Eudae line machine washable ?

Yep! You can machine everything, but wash cold and use the gentle cycle. Do not dry clean. Air dry only- do not tumble dry.

Will the clothes shrink in the wash?

Our Eudae fabric will not shrink during wash. The fabric is durable and your clothes will always retain their shape. However, always wash your Eudae clothes with cold water on the gentle cycle, and allow them to air dry. The heat from tumble drying deteriorates all fabrics over time (and wastes energy).

Can I get a Eudae shirt now?

As much as we would love to give all our backers their shirts/shorts/leggings/hoodies now, this is just not possible. We will start shipping them to you in October.

Can I get a custom fit made ?

This would be awesome, but we don’t offer customer tailored clothing at this time. You can always take your Eudae clothes to a quality local tailor, and have them make some alterations for you.

What’s your warranty?

The quality of our garments is a reflection of the expertise and care of the people who sew them. We’re fortunate to work with the best craftspeople, which is why we can stand behind our products. We guarantee our work. If you ever find your clothes to be defective, we are happy to repair or replace at no cost to you.

Will you be offering exchanges? A lot of kickstarters don't.

If something doesn’t fit you, or you don’t like it for any reason, we’ll offer you an exchange or refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and please do not wash or wear the garment. Wearing means anything beyond trying something on. We'll do our best to fulfill your exchange request. There's a chance that we won't be able to offer you the size, style, or color you want in an exchange since this project is crowdfunded and we won't be holding much extra inventory beyond what is pre-ordered during the campaign. If you need an exchange, we’ll cover shipping both ways within the US. If you're making a return, we'll refund you minus the shipping cost you paid. We'll cover the return shipping and email you a return label. If you are outside the US, we ask that you cover the cost of shipping back to us for all returns. BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.

Why can’t I log into my account?

Request a login link to your survey by entering your email here:

BackerKit will send you an automated email with an invite link to whatever email you pledged with.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

Can I upgrade or get multiple copies of my pledge?

This depends on the project creator’s decision. If you are unable to see the ‘Want to switch your pledge level?’ after clicking on your pledge amount under “Pledge Level” in your survey, then the project creator would prefer people not to switch pledge levels.
